Due to having a group of people trying it instead of just one, the following was found with U-47700:
Is a superb euphoriant, but it seems to have the ability to cause intense, long-lasting bouts of naseau (up to 10 hours after dosage). Luckily, these negatives only effected every 2 of 12 users, 4 of which felt little to no euphoria no matter dosage.
This is an "all-or-nothing" drug (a marmite): around 2/3's of the people who tried it enjoyed it immensely while 4 felt little to no opioidergic effects (one felt strong disassociation effects lasting 6-8 hours, the other three felt mild sedative and/or anxiolytic effects).
However, one of the four "unaffected" tried rectal dosing and suddenly found the same euphoric state the "affected" subjects had, even comparing it to rectal Hydromorphone.
In fact, once rectal dosing was tried, it became this favored ROA with U-47700, as it seemed to produce the most reliably enjoyable high, little to no naseau, and (seems like) highest bioavailability. Also seems to remove much of the "dissociative" aspect of U-47700, bringing it all the way up to Hydromorphone's level in my Book!!
