Wiki Bluelight.ruGrapefruit Juice
Grapefruit juice inhibits CYP3A4, which is an enzyme in your digestive system that aids in the metabolism of many drugs. By inhibiting CYP3A4, you are essentially making more MDMA available. Although there is some debate as to what exact component(s) of grapefruit juice have this effect, it is accepted that something in there does the job.
